Music and Lyrics by Irving Berlin, Conceived by Ray Roderick and Michael Berkeley, Musical Arrangements by Michael Berkeley

This hilarious and heartwarming celebration of the music of Irving Berlin is the perfect mid-summer entertainment!  It tells the story of a piano that starts its life in a Chicago music store in 1910 and then goes on an American journey – being played in a speakeasy in the 20s, a movie theatre in the 30s, the Stage Door Canteen in the 40s and a Summer Stock theatre in the 50s.  Along the way dozens of colorful characters gather around the piano to fall in love, go to war, put on a show…and above all, to sing and dance to dozens of Irving Berlin’s greatest hits, including “Blue Skies,” “Puttin’ on the Ritz,” “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” “Cheek to Cheek,” and “Always.”  Don’t miss this dazzling celebration of America, the human spirit, and Irving Berlin!
